1. Data controller
Portalynxio S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71823914-5, with legal domicile at Av. del Libertador 6250, Floor 14, C1428ARV, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic ("Portalynxio" or "we"), is the controller of the personal data collected through portalynxio.com. This policy is governed by Argentine Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data and its Regulatory Decree 1558/2001.
2. Data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide when filling out forms (name and email), as well as technical data automatically generated while browsing the site: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages visited and visit duration. We do not collect sensitive data within the meaning of Article 7 of Law 25.326.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (i) send you communications about real estate crowdlending opportunities; (ii) respond to enquiries; (iii) comply with legal and regulatory obligations; (iv) improve browsing experience and platform security; (v) compile aggregated statistics on site use.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent (Article 5 of Law 25.326), on the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by you and on compliance with legal obligations applicable to Portalynxio S.A.S.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your relationship with the platform lasts and for the minimum legal period of ten (10) years thereafter, in accordance with accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering rules in force in the Argentine Republic.
6. Recipients and transfers
Your data may be shared with technology, accounting and legal service providers acting as processors under contract. We do not carry out international transfers to countries without an adequate level of protection without your express consent or the safeguards set out in AAIP Provision 60/2016.
7. Rights of the data subject
As the data subject you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion by writing to privacidad@portalynxio.com. The Agency of Access to Public Information (AAIP), supervisory body of Law 25.326, is authorised to handle complaints in case of non-compliance.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or unlawful processing, in accordance with AAIP Resolution 47/2018.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or platform changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document.
