1. Acceptance of terms

Accessing and using the website portalynxio.com (the "Site") implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the user. If you do not agree with any of the clauses, please refrain from using the Site.

2. Site owner

The Site is operated by Portalynxio S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71823914-5, registered with the General Inspection of Justice (IGJ) under No. 17,842 — Book 38, Volume — of S.A.S., with offices at Av. del Libertador 6250, Floor 14, C1428ARV, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic.

3. Purpose

The Site aims to disseminate information about the real estate crowdlending activity carried out by Portalynxio and to allow prospective investors to register to receive communications about available opportunities. This site does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Argentine Law 26.831 nor an investment recommendation.

4. User registration

To join the private list of opportunities only your name and email address are required. The user guarantees the accuracy of the information provided and undertakes to keep it up to date. Portalynxio may reject incomplete or inaccurate registrations.

5. Investment risks

Real estate crowdlending investments are subject to risks, including construction delays, real estate market fluctuations, credit risk and regulatory risk. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. Before investing, it is the user's responsibility to read each project's specific documentation and, where applicable, consult independent advisors.

6. Intellectual property

All Site contents (texts, graphics, logos, code, designs) are owned by Portalynxio S.A.S. or by third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by Argentine intellectual property law (Law 11,723 and complementary rules). Total or partial reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

Portalynxio makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and accurate, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or viruses. In no event shall it be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of opportunity arising from the use or inability to use the Site.

8. Changes

Portalynxio may change these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the Site, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other venue or jurisdiction that may apply.
